What it is (one line)
An AI back-office and embedded-fintech 'Trades OS' for contractors: address and measurements → AI or form takeoff → tiered estimate → branded e-sign proposal → deposit invoice → Stripe pay and mocked financing.
Audience
Solo and small-crew contractors across the trades who lose money to slow, manual quoting and back-office drag.
Voice (the brief Atlas writes in)
Job-site direct, confident, no fluff. Talks like a tradesperson who respects your time. Practical over polished.
Voice traits (comma-separated)
Channels (comma-separated)
Positioning
A generative estimate-to-cash engine, not a takeoff tool. Blueprint extraction is the real measurement moat.
Current goal
Live on Vercel — rotate exposed secrets, set API keys (currently graceful demo mode), grow the pipeline.
Operator notes (for Atlas only)
LIVE on Vercel + real Supabase. Ships PWA, pipeline board, QR in-person sign, camera capture, Capacitor scaffold.
