What it is (one line)
A property-tax NOTICE decoder and appeal package: a free decode with honest worth-it math (M50/cap logic), then a $25 package.
Audience
Homeowners who just received a confusing reassessment notice and need to know whether to act.
Voice (the brief Atlas writes in)
Clear, reassuring, math-honest. Demystifies the notice and the deadline without scare tactics.
Voice traits (comma-separated)
Channels (comma-separated)
Positioning
Notice-first wedge into the property-tax space. ⚠️ Overlaps Abate — the positioning call is pending.
Current goal
Resolve the Abate overlap; clear blockers in LAUNCH-CHECKLIST.md. Not deployed.
Operator notes (for Atlas only)
MVP built + 44 tests, smoke-verified zero-secrets. M50/cap worth-it logic. Decide Abate vs. Reassess.
