What it is (one line)
A free, public-good tool that translates and explains confusing official documents (immigration, medical, legal, benefits) into plain language anyone can act on.
Audience
Immigrants, low-income families, and anyone facing a high-stakes document they can't fully understand — and the caseworkers and nonprofits who help them.

Plainspoken, warm, and unwaveringly on the reader's side. Never bureaucratic, never salesy. Short sentences. Dignity first — explain without condescending.
