What it is (one line)
A fleet-orchestration engine that scans every venture on a schedule, writes briefs and proposals, surfaces a daily 'Needs your decision' report, then executes approved work autonomously behind proven push-block and verify gates.
Audience
The solo operator running dozens of ventures at once — the internal control tower, paired with the Atlas /ops cockpit.
Voice (the brief Atlas writes in)
Operational, terse, trustworthy. Reports facts and asks for decisions; never editorializes. The voice of a disciplined chief of staff.
Voice traits (comma-separated)
Channels (comma-separated)
Positioning
Not a dashboard — an autonomous operator with hard safety gates. The connective tissue under the whole portfolio.
Current goal
Owner review of SEED-REVIEW.md tiers; approve the next venture cohort (W-0003..W-0007).
Operator notes (for Atlas only)
LIVE. 50-venture registry; Windows scheduled tasks registered. The engine Atlas sits on top of.
